HAIR LOSS TREATMENT FAQs

Who is the treatment for?

Men and women experiencing early signs of hair thinning or hair loss.

Does it hurt?

Scalp microneedling is a superficial treatment and does not require numbing. Most people find it very tolerable.

How will in-clinic treatments work?

We begin by taking photos of your scalp to monitor progress. The treatment involves microneedling with the Anti-Hair Loss & Redensifying Booster, which uses Wharton Gel Complex technology to encourage thicker hair growth and reduce hair loss.
The treatment is performed once every four weeks for a total of four sessions.

How long does the treatment take?

Each session takes approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area being treated.

How do the home care products work?

Exfoliating Shampoo

  • Gently removes dry flakes and excess sebum

  • Preserves the scalp’s natural barrier

  • Supports a clean, balanced environment for optimal hair growth

Anti-Hair Loss & Redensifying Lotion

  • Contains 1% Wharton Gel Complex and antioxidants

  • Stimulates the scalp, strengthens strands

  • Designed for daily use and enhances in-clinic results

Oral Hair Capsules

  • Nutrient-rich with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbal extracts

  • Supports hair from the inside out

  • Particularly helpful for androgenetic alopecia or telogen effluvium

  •

When do I use the homecare products?

Start using the products during your in-clinic treatment period and continue afterwards to maintain your results.
A complete Regeneration Plan is included in your course of four sessions and will last around two months. Additional kits or products can be purchased as needed.

When will I see results?

You'll be invited back approximately three months after your final treatment for follow-up photos to visibly compare progress.

Do I need to continue treatments?

For best results, we recommend:

  • Continuing with the at-home products

  • Booking an in-clinic maintenance session every three months

Is this treatment suitable for all hair types?

Yes, it is suitable for all hair types — including curly, coloured, and chemically treated hair.

Are there any contraindications?

You may not be suitable for treatment if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Take blood thinners or immunosuppressant medications

  • Have active scalp conditions like psoriasis, dermatitis, or infections

  • Have a sunburned or irritated scalp

Can I combine this with other hair treatments?

Yes, though timing is important. You can often combine this treatment with:

  • Minoxidil

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

  • Hair colouring treatments
Avoid chemical treatments like dyeing or bleaching for at least two weeks before and after your session.

Is this treatment permanent?

Results can be long-lasting but are not permanent. Maintenance is required to support ongoing hair growth. We suggest top-up sessions every three months along with continued use of at-home products.

Is it safe? Are there any side effects?

Yes — the treatment is considered safe and well-tolerated.
You may experience:
