Microneedling Aftercare
To get the best results from your treatment and to help your skin heal, please follow the advice below:

What to expect:
Mild redness, tenderness, or swelling (similar to sunburn) is completely normal and should settle within 24–48 hours.
You may also notice light peeling, dryness, or minor bruising — this can take up to 1–2 weeks to resolve.
A cool, clean compress can be applied for short intervals to help soothe discomfort if needed.

Do's:
Use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser with lukewarm water for the next few days.
Apply a soothing moisturiser 2–3 times daily (more often if skin feels dry or tight).
Protect your skin from the sun and always apply SPF 50+ when outdoors.
Drink plenty of water and maintain a healthy diet to support skin recovery.
Be patient — results develop gradually over the coming days and weeks.

Don'ts:
For the first 24–48 hours:
Do not touch, rub, or pick the treated area.
Avoid applying makeup.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and caffeine.
Avoid saunas, steam rooms, hot baths, or any heat treatments.
Avoid any activities that cause excessive sweating.
For the next few days:
Do not use exfoliants, retinol, glycolic acid, or alpha hydroxy acids for at least 7 days.
Avoid harsh or abrasive skincare products.
For the next 2 weeks:
Avoid other cosmetic treatments (e.g. Botox, dermal fillers, or chemical peels).
Avoid hair removal treatments such as waxing, threading, or depilation in the treated area.

Results:
Improvements develop gradually.
Optimal results are achieved with a course of 3 treatments, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
Each session helps to stimulate collagen and improve skin texture and tone over time.
