Juvelook Skin Rejuvination FAQs
What is Juvelook?
JuveLook is a collagen-stimulating injectable combining poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) with hyaluronic acid to support hydration and encourage natural collagen production, improving skin texture, firmness and elasticity over time.

Which areas can be treated?
JuveLook may be used to improve skin quality in the under-eye area, around the mouth (perioral area), cheeks and neck, depending on individual suitability.

Is Juvelook the same as filler?
No. Traditional dermal fillers primarily restore volume, whereas JuveLook focuses on stimulating collagen and improving skin quality for gradual, natural-looking results.

How many treatments will I need?
A course of three treatments, typically spaced six weeks apart, is generally recommended. Your individual treatment plan will depend on your skin and desired results.

When will I see results?
Some initial improvements in hydration may be noticeable within the first few weeks. Collagen-related improvements typically develop over 6–12 weeks, with further results continuing over the following months.

How long do results last?
Results may last around 12 months, although this varies depending on individual factors, the treatment area and your response. Maintenance treatments may be recommended.

Is there any downtime?
Mild swelling, redness, tenderness or bruising can occur after treatment. These effects are usually temporary, although recovery varies between individuals. Full aftercare advice will be provided at your appointment.
Can I have JuveLook if I have previously had dermal filler or other aesthetic treatments?
Potentially, yes. Your practitioner will assess any previous treatments and determine the most appropriate approach and timing before proceeding.
Is JuveLook suitable for everyone?
No. A consultation is essential to assess your skin, medical history and suitability for treatment. Treatment may need to be postponed or avoided in certain circumstances, including pregnancy, breastfeeding or active infection in the treatment area.
How long does the treatment take?
Allow approximately 30 minutes for your appointment, although the exact duration will depend on the areas being treated and your individual treatment plan.
Is JuveLook painful?
JuveLook is generally well tolerated. You may experience mild discomfort during treatment, and your practitioner can discuss ways to help keep you comfortable.
Are there any side effects?
Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness and bruising can occur following treatment. Less common complications are possible, so your practitioner will discuss the potential risks with you before treatment.
How do I get started?
Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss your concerns, assess your skin and create a personalised treatment plan, with no obligation to proceed.
